open this file on your oscommerce site:

\catalog\includes\footer.php

Scroll to the bottom of the file paste in your code from plumb5.

Save the file, upload to your live site and that’s it.

Customer Data Unification

You will have to manually add the text in your Footer’s file.

The path to the file is: \catalog\includes\footer.php

Add this below code snippet, as illustrated in the below screen

Activating Prestashop API/Web Services to access data

To do this, simply go into your Back Office and click on the tab Tools / Web Service.

Select “Enable Web Service” and click Save to activate the service

Generating a. htaccess file:

To get the web service to work, you need to generate / regenerate a. htaccess file. While still in the Back Office, go to the Tools / Generators tab and click:

Creating access:

Return to Tools / Web Service

– Click “Add New “, and you’ll access the “passkey” permission and definition page.

– Click on “Generate.” This will generate an authentication key.

In the list of permissions, the left button allows you to define all the rights for a given resource. Select the resources you need to manipulate from your application; in our case check the first check box in the “customers” row and then: – Press “Save”

 

 

 

Adding Plumb5 Module into the Prestashop Library

Get started with the following steps Step 1. Log into PrestaShop (Back Office) dashboard Step 2. Using the top menu bar, hover over the Modules tab and select the Modules option Prestashop Backoffice Configuration for Plumb5 Step 3. Once you have downloaded(link below) a module from the plumb5, To install a new PrestaShop module “automatically”, click on the “Add a new module” link at the top of the list of modules. This will reveal a new section. browse to the plumb’s Zip file that you downloaded. http://www.plumb5.com/prestashop/plumb.zip ps2 Step 4. once installed it will show in below list, To install it, simply select the Install button just to the right of the module.
